Fantastic experience from beginning to end! I couldn’t be happier with the custom made engagement ring which the team have made. It was exactly what I had asked for and the service provided was amazing start to finish. They have been extremely patient with us, we had the ring resized and even brought another ring for sizing too and it came back so sparkly, it looked brand new! I can't recommend them highly enough. Davril has a first class customer service ! After not being quite sure about the ideal design for my ring, Juliet came up with different designs and showed me a great selection of stones. Their in-store jewellery selection and bespoke pieces makes them stand out from all the other stores in Hatton Garden. Couldn't recommend them highly enough !
