Visited Fine Jewels today and met Chris and Richard with their delightful young lady assistant. Chris and the team made us feel really welcome and nothing was too much trouble, a full selection of rings were presented to us with their honest opinions given on the offerings. We came away with a beautiful Eternity ring fully GIA certified and a very happy wife. We’ll done guys we will be back to see you soon.
Honest. Quality. Free insurance. Good price. Guys.... I came to Hatton Garden 4 times when choosing an engagement ring and believe me this is the place you should trust! Chris and his team were amazing. No pressure sales, patient, and brilliant advice/recommendations. You will also get a good deal here - they are honest with the pricing which made me wonder if the quality would be affected... it isn't! 4 months later the ring is still perfect! GIA certified as well... (Don't be fooled by interior. I got the exact same spec ring quoted in a 'fancy' shop down the road, with an onsite workshop. They quoted me £2000 more and would not budge until I told them I went with Fine Jewels, then they tried to match Chris' price haha!). I will be coming back for the wedding rings!
Recently visited Fine Jewels looking for a diamond eternity ring. Ines was very welcoming and very professional. My budget did not stretch to a full baguette diamond, but I didn't like the overall look of the half, so was considering ordering a bespoke 3/4 coverage. Ines showed me their 'half' eternity ring, which was slightly more than half, so looked fantastic and I could wear it immediately! I would definitely recommend Fine Jewels for quality and excellent value for money .
I have been a regular customer of Fine Jewels for a few years now and I am so happy to have collected my aquamarine ring today which is so beautifully made.. The Manager Chris is so knowledgeable and gives good advice on designs and style every time my husband and I make a purchase. If you need anything done, Richard is your guy! I came to the store to tighten claws on my ring as diamond was getting loose. I also had a flight that evening, so ideally it had to be done same day. Chris, who I met before, made me feel very unwelcome and assured me that it was too late and there was nothing he could do. Luckily, Richard stepped in and after few phone calls, my ring was on its way to be fixed. What a superstar! Im very grateful for his professionalism and a big smile on my face for the rest of the day :)
