    Very very very unprofessional. Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Don’t follow social media recommendations Follow first hand customer reviews who have dealt with the business in real life situation. Called them to find out if my ring is ready for collection they took my name and informed me that it is ready for collection. So I made my journey to collect my ring which I dropped for a re size. What was annoying and frustrating is the guy initially tried fobbing me off with someone else ring! After informing him that it’s not my ring he didn’t even have to go on his system or go and actually physically check if my ring is here or not he told me that my one isn’t here at that moment I informed him that he told me it’s ready I called up before coming this is very unprofessional. I also informed him that I told you my name who’s ring are you trying to give me. Was told initially couple days ended up waiting near enough two weeks. In addition to that ring came back with several cut marks which was very visible. My advice to anyone thinking to purchasing from here stay well clear. These guys are clearly new to the business don’t have any expertise majority of the time the guys waffling. Very unpleasant experience. Unfortunately wouldn’t not recommend this company to anyone. In so much doubt with this company that I will be taking my ring to another company to verify the diamonds.

    Zero stars: The worst customer service and worst retailer I have ever dealt with in my life. I ordered one diamond earring, I called the guy a day after in which the order was due. He stated that it is not ready and I told your friend we have faced a technical issue. I said but I am not aware of this and it was to it duty to call me. He was very rude over the phone and try to say that calling my friend about my transaction was sufficient. When I asked my friend, she clearly informed him to call me. Despite this, I told him that he is rude and stated that I rather just have my money back. He was so delighted and agreed to refunding the money back immediately. Clearly he didn’t want to give me the item after realizing he couldn’t do it in a cheap way to save money. I then contacted him again on Monday via text for a refund and no response received. Called again on Tuesday and sent a message, then he finally confirmed that the refund has been processed via text. When my friend went on Weds with an appointment between 3.30-345, I went with her to request for proof of refund, he was not available and was again rude to my friend over the phone. I messaged on a Friday, following 5 working days for a follow up on my refund and no respond. In the end I went through my bank and claimed my money back. Very unprofessional and the guy has no manners. Stay away as it is not worth the hassle to go to rude incompetent companies like him. There is a clear reason why he has got such low ratings in the first place. Surely justice will be done. Hasbi allah wa naemil wakil.

    A lovely family run shop. My husband purchased my engagement ring here and he raved about them so much we got our wedding bands here too. They are friendly, don’t rush you at all and give great survive which can be trusted. Since buying rings I have also sold gold here and got a great price. I went in again today to get my engagement ring made bigger (and to look at emerald rings). As always, I received great customer service, the ring was resized quickly and professionally, and a variety of emerald rings were shown to me. I love the no-pressure approach of this shop, I left without buying a new ring, but with thinking time before making a big purchase. I would really recommend this shop.

    I am extremely disappointed to have even wasted my time and effort going to this company. I’ve never experienced such a disgraceful level of customer service. Clearly goes to show instagram followers doesn’t always correlate to a better level of service unfortunately. I pre-booked a booking a few weeks in advance to ensure an allocated time slot for myself and partner to enquire and quite possibly make a purchase for a pair of rings. Upon arriving, they were already serving a client, so we waited in the hallway even though it overlapped our given time slot. At this point we had no complaints and were happy to wait around a few minutes till they were finished. Once the clients left, we proceeded to go into the first room and took a seat, and were briefly asked a question by “employee 1” in regards to which style of rings we were interested in. After giving him an answer, he disappeared downstairs and was not seen again for a long while. “Employee 2” in this case, came and sat next to us. Informing us that “Employee 1” is just finishing off with a client downstairs that arrived prior to us and would be finished in approximately 15 minutes time. So we waited, and waited still no sign. After an additional 30 minutes, we questioned “Employee 2” how much longer “Employee 1” will be as we’ve now been waiting 40 minutes in total and not received any service from anyone. We asked if it would be possible to see some example rings in the meantime to get an idea. Which “Employee 2” went downstairs and grabbed some rings from downstairs which weren’t being used for us to have a look at. And again told us that “Employee 1” will be another 15 minutes which was getting ridiculous and frustrating at this point. Finally about an hour and 15 minutes, he arrives and too absolute shock and disgrace. Without even an apology for how much time he made us waste, went on to say that our “one hour allocated time slot” has expired and they would no longer be able to serve us. I was embarrassed to say the least, we got no service, no help from anyone at all. I would highly highly recommend you think twice before even considering going to this place.

    The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I see all these ads for this company but theyre just a shabby little office with employees giving poor customer service I went to choose a wedding ring, having booked a slot we arrived 10mins early. We were told to wait which we were happy to do so. After 15mins we were told to wait in the first room while the guy serving us is with another customer downstairs. We were told 15mins maxed. 30mins passed and we were still waiting. We did have someone sit next to us but just kept telling us to wait. We were never informed that he was serving us. He was just on his phone. We then said is there any chance we could have a look at something while we wait. He bought us some rings over. While we were waiting we saw 2 other bookings arrive. And we were informed by the person sitting next to us that the main guy may have over booked but not to worry we will be served. After 1 hour the main guy comes up and says “our time is over”. Which we were baffled about. We received no proper apology were basically told go away, not even offering us a second appointment! However I did notice that the last couple who arrived knew the main guy and they were taken directly to the consultation room. Honestly avoid this company at all costs dont see the ads and be fooled like us, we had the intention to purchase a ring instead we were left embarrassed.
