Chris is incredible at what he does. A real artist and a super nice and honest chap. We designed our dream ring together and are delighted with the result. Deserves more than just 5 stars.
I want to be completely transparent about my relationship with Alexis Jewels - the company I work for built their website. I have had a number of rings made by jewellers at Hatton Garden over the past 20 years. The guy I used previously to make my wedding and engagement ring has retired and I felt rather daunted trying to find someone I trusted. I wanted an eternity ring made, nothing off the shelf, something different. I was so impressed by the craftsmanship displayed in the photos on the website, I decided to go to the workshop to take a look. Chris and Elias are true gents. I cannot reconcile the previous review to the experience I had, other than these are the jewellers for one-off pieces. The guys took so much time with me, we sketched things, looked online, they showed me mock ups. Chris is a true craftsman and Elias knew what I wanted before I knew myself. The price they charged was excellent value. I couldn't afford a ring like this any other way. We went to pick the ring up just before Christmas, when they showed me, it made me cry. I have it on my finger now, when I look at it I am just blown away. All I can say - is thank you. You got it just right.
