I do not trust this company and do not recommend using them. I paid for an end of tenancy property clean at the end of July 2022. Overall, the property was cleaned to a reasonable standard, but there were some areas that had not been cleaned at all. This included areas that I had specifically checked with the company in advance to make sure that they were covered by the contract. I sent some photos of the areas covered by the contract that had not been cleaned to a representative of the company and they offered to revisit the property to finish the clean. Unfortunately, I felt unable to take up that offer as I was not confident I could trust the clean would be completed to the required standard and it would have been logistically difficult to arrange for the company to revisit the property during the working week. I therefore agreed with the representative that I would clean the outstanding areas myself and they would provide a partial refund to reflect that fact. I spent some hours cleaning the areas that had not been cleaned by the company. In early August, I sent photos and videos to the company of all the areas that had been included within the cleaning contract but which I had cleaned and requested a proposal on the amount to be refunded. I have not received a response, despite making further attempts to contact the company by email and text. This is in stark contrast to the swift responses I received from the company before I paid for the cleaning service. Overall, I am very disappointed with the service provided. I do appreciate that mistakes can happen but I do not think it fair or acceptable for a company to take a customer's money, fail to deliver the agreed service and then ignore all attempts by the customer to make good on the breach of contract.
Amazing service! We used C J K cleaners for moving out of our old flat, they were so thorough and good value for money compared to other agencies. The flat is sparkling! Would highly recommend.
I ’ve used this company for my properties many time in the last 2 years ,so I’m extremely impressed from their services! The level of communication and professionalism is excellent. The company and their staff seem very organised, they care a great deal about their clients and always go the extra mile for us. Exceptional deep cleaning services and wonderfully polite people on the phone too. Highly recommended !
AVOID THIS CLEANING COMPANY! Me and my boyfriend hired this company to do the moving out cleaning unfortunately they did a awful job, unprofessional at all, we can even do way better than them. Here are few points. 1. They left all the lights turn on and left the flat. 2. Rusted the tray in the oven as they used a really aggressive cleaning product and don’t even rinse it. 3. They cracked one of the fridge plastic piece while they clean the fridge. 4.They didn’t even hoover the floor, left the hair and dust on the floor. We received the check out report, and basically it said that everything is not clean and now our landlord want us to compensate all the damage. They left all the mess with us and now we try to explain to the landlord. I don’t know why they got so many good comments, but for me this company is nightmare.
