I used these guys for dry cleaning, it was put in on the 17th Aug and I was told it would be ready on Saturday 20th in the afternoon. I could not pick it up then or over the weekend so I went in Monday morning and they had lost the shirt and my dress had not been steamed. The son that worked there got aggressive refusing to take responsibility for the mistake they made. It was a scary experience and I would advise no one to use them for any services as they are con artists!
I came in to see if there was anyway to remove a black stain on my new, chartreuse, Valentino knit sweater. The stain was gone in under 5 minutes! Great service and highly skilled.
